Harbinger Capital
Harbinger Capital Partners is a large hedge fund with an increasing focus on 4G. On March 29 the FCC approved Harbinger's acquisition of SkyTerra Communications, a satellite network operator that currently provides low data rate M2M satellite services through its partners.
